RUMMY / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Rummy Card Grove — independent individual developer · 2026-11-03

Rummy Privacy Policy Effective date: 2026-11-03 1. Who we are Rummy is operated by an independent individual developer using the Rummy game brand. This brand does not identify an incorporated company. Verified store developer information identifies the developer. Contact us about privacy or support at [email protected]. 2. Accounts and gameplay We process your game account ID, player number, nickname, selected avatar, authentication information, matches, moves, results, rewards and in-game coin transactions. Email accounts use an email address and authentication credentials. Guest accounts use an installation identifier stored on your device; clearing it or changing devices can prevent recovery of an unlinked guest account. Do not send us a Google password or use a public nickname to share private information. Other players can see the profile and game information shown during play, including nickname, avatar, public player number, displayed coin balance or score and public match actions. Spectators cannot see private hands before the game reveals them in the result. 3. Technical information and analytics Connection records, network addresses, application and device information, timestamps, errors and security events may be processed to operate the game, prevent abuse and investigate failures. Support information is what you choose to send, such as your player ID, device model and a redacted screenshot. Never send passwords, login tokens or full payment details by email. Basic first-party analytics is enabled by default. It can record account-linked sessions and gameplay or usage events, including time, language, a country value or unknown value, app version, platform and limited event parameters. This information is not anonymous just because it omits your name. Existing explicit collection choices are preserved. Disabling collection stops future uploads through that channel and clears its unsent queue; it does not by itself erase data previously uploaded. The Android package described by this revision does not enable Adjust attribution or include advertising, payment or Google sign-in SDKs. Unsupported features are not presented as available. If a later release enables additional providers, this policy and the store disclosures must be updated to reflect that release. 4. Service providers and security Hosting, networking, authentication and email delivery services process information needed to provide their services. A store or operating-system provider may process information under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information. Access controls and encrypted network connections are used to protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. 5. Retention and deletion We keep account and game information while needed to provide the service and for justified security, dispute or legal purposes. Diagnostic uploads have a default 14-day retention setting that operators can configure; this is not a retention period for every server log, transaction or audit record. You can request account deletion at the official HTTPS account deletion page or by emailing [email protected]. The current email-account form authenticates your ownership and deletes the shared Nakama game account and covered account storage. This also removes access to the shared wallet and other games using that same account. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete a server account. Account deletion also removes the account-linked first-party analytics history across games using that shared account. We retain a minimal deletion security record for up to 90 days: a random request reference, the internal account ID, the request source and timestamps. It does not contain your email, nickname or wallet balance. Operational database backups expire after 30 days; deletion requests must be applied before restored data returns to service. Deletion confirmation does not mean every backup copy disappears immediately. Records held by external service providers or subject to a justified legal obligation may require separate handling. Contact us with questions or requests; we may require proportionate ownership verification. 6. Your choices Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or review of processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to the appropriate authority. Do not send a password by email: enter it only in the verified official HTTPS form. Guests or players unable to sign in can use the support email for ownership verification. Requests to external services may need separate action. 7. Children and updates Rummy is not designed for young children, and does not provide a verified parental-consent process. Applicable age requirements vary by location. A parent or guardian concerned about a child's information can contact us. Material changes to information handling will be reflected in this policy and, where required, in an additional notice or choice. Privacy and support: [email protected]
