Rummy Terms of Service Effective date: 2026-11-03 1. The service Rummy is a 13-card game operated by an independent individual developer under the Rummy brand. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to the game, website and support. Use the service only where permitted and when you meet the age and other requirements applicable in your location. The service is not designed for young children. 2. Accounts Keep authentication credentials private and provide accurate information when recovering or verifying an account. Guest progress can be lost if the installation identifier is cleared or the device changes. A nickname or player number alone does not prove account ownership. Do not use another person's account, impersonate someone or share private information in a public nickname. 3. Play and conduct Follow the in-game rules for the selected format. Online matches, computer opponents and private rooms require an internet connection. Supported public tables may include computer-controlled players. We do not guarantee that a seat, opponent, room or uninterrupted connection will always be available. Automatic reconnection and timeout play do not guarantee that every disconnected game can be recovered. Do not cheat, manipulate the client, exploit defects, automate abuse, collude to gain an unfair advantage, harass others or attempt to access private cards or accounts. Protective action may include restricting access or correcting an invalid balance. Support reviews should be based on relevant match and account records. 4. Virtual coins, points and room fees Coins and points are in-game values. They are not deposits, money, investments or transferable financial assets and cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world prizes. Check the entry quote and room settings before joining. Friend rooms may use shared payment or owner payment, reserve an upper limit and charge for actual participating rounds according to the displayed terms. Scores and room fees are different values. The current Android package does not enable in-app coin purchases or advertising rewards through commercial SDKs. Unavailable functions must not be treated as a promise that a purchase or reward can be obtained. If purchases become available, the store's payment and refund procedures and applicable consumer rights apply; never send complete payment details to support. 5. Ownership and availability The game, brand and content are protected by applicable rights. You receive permission to use the service for personal play, subject to these terms. You must not redistribute protected game assets or claim them as your own. Features and availability may change for maintenance, compatibility or service reasons. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or impose a universal no-refunds rule. 6. Privacy and account deletion The Privacy Policy explains information handling and its current limitations. You can request deletion through the official HTTPS account deletion page or support email. Deletion affects the shared game account and wallet, including access through other games using that account. Deleting an app from a device does not delete the server account. The account form does not automatically erase all independent analytics, audit or backup records; these require separate handling as explained in the Privacy Policy. 7. Support and changes For problems, provide your player ID, app version, device and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, login tokens or unredacted payment details.
