Delete your account

This permanently deletes your shared game account and its associated data, including your wallet. If you use this account with any other service, you will also lose access to it there.

For an email account, verify ownership with your registered email and password. For a guest account or if you cannot sign in, contact support. Never send your password by email.

The form deletes the shared game account, covered account storage and account-linked first-party analytics history. A minimal deletion security record is retained for up to 90 days. Database backups expire after 30 days; deletion requests are applied before restored data returns to service. See the privacy policy for details.
